No. MessageDesk™ does not use artificial intelligence to create unpredictable answers, and it does not answer telephone calls. It uses a controlled, carefully written conversation flow designed around the information your business wants to collect.
What happens when someone submits an enquiry?
As soon as the visitor completes and submits their enquiry, the information is sent directly to your nominated email address. You can then review it and respond when the time is right.

The $89 one-time purchase price includes your standard MessageDesk™ setup, business branding, contact information, enquiry-flow configuration and email notification setup.
What is included in the $159 monthly service?
The $159 monthly MessageDesk™ Service Agreement includes the licence, hosting, monitoring, platform maintenance, software updates, ongoing support and analytics reporting.
Is there a minimum agreement period?
Yes. MessageDesk™ is supplied with a minimum 12-month Service Agreement. At the end of the agreement, you will have the option to renew the service.
Can changes be made after MessageDesk™ goes live?
Yes. Minor support and platform updates are covered by the service agreement. Additional conversation branches, substantial wording changes, new enquiry journeys or advanced features may be quoted separately.
